You often have to multiply your work when publishing a property: you load it into your own system, and then you load it again two, three or four times, once per portal. Your effort and your time are worth something.

And it does not end there. You then have to keep all those listings up to date. You lower a price, add new photos, fix the description — and you have to repeat the same change in every place. Sometimes one slips past you, and a listing stays online with information that is no longer correct.

At Mapaprop we work to make managing and publishing your properties easier every day. That is why we keep adding portals you can publish to straight from your account: so that you load and update once, and the system does the rest.

You can now publish your properties on Argenprop from Mapaprop. You load the property once, hit publish, and the listing is created on the portal. When you edit it later, the listing updates on its own. And the enquiries that arrive through Argenprop come into your Inbox, alongside those from every other channel.

What it does

The idea is simple: you stop maintaining the listing by hand. This is what happens once you connect your account:

• You publish from the property. In the publishing panel, under Connections, the Argenprop card has its own button. A few seconds later the listing is online, with a View listing button that opens it on the portal.
• You edit once. Change price, photos, description or address in Mapaprop and the listing updates automatically on Argenprop. No need to unpublish and publish again.
• Enquiries reach your Inbox. Messages from interested buyers on Argenprop arrive in the same place where you already read and reply to everything. Your reply is forwarded to them through the portal.
• The status checks itself. Every time you open the publishing panel, Mapaprop verifies against Argenprop how the listing really stands. If it is no longer live — it expired, you took it down there, or it ran out of points — Mapaprop marks it as unpublished instead of showing you stale data.
• You find them in your list. Published properties carry a green "Argenprop" tag in Search, and you can filter by portal to see only those.

Your plan points, from Mapaprop

Argenprop does not work with "available listings" like other portals. It works with a plan of points that you distribute across your listings: the more points you assign to a listing, the better its position. It is a commercial decision, and one worth making with the data in front of you.

That is why the points widget sits inside Mapaprop. As soon as you publish it opens by itself and shows you your available balance and the segment statistics: positions and visit counts over the last 30 days for that area and property type. With that information you decide how many points to put behind the listing, instead of estimating it.

You can reopen it whenever you want with the ⭐ Points button on the card, as long as the property is published.

Buying or renewing the plan is still handled directly with Argenprop. What moved into Mapaprop is the allocation of those points, which is where the decision lives.

One important rule

Manage your Argenprop listings from Mapaprop only.

Mapaprop does not bring listing content back from the portal: you manage the content here, and the next edit you make in Mapaprop overwrites whatever is on Argenprop. If you also edit directly in the portal's own panel, those changes will be lost on the next edit, and duplicated or out-of-sync listings can appear. That is why it is better to keep control in one place.

There is a second detail worth knowing from the start: marking a property as sold, rented, reserved or suspended does not take it down from Argenprop. The deal status is your own management information and is not sent to the portal. If you want the listing down, unpublish it from the Argenprop card.

What you need to use it

Four things:

1. An active Argenprop account with available plan points.
2. A Mapaprop Plus subscription or higher.
3. To be an agency in Argentina (Argenprop operates only in the country).
4. The account connected in Mapaprop, from My Agency → Settings → Connect accounts.

The first time you publish in a given area, Mapaprop will ask you to map it to the matching Argenprop locality (and optionally the neighbourhood). It is done once per area: after that, every property in that area publishes without repeating the step.

With this, Argenprop joins the portals you already publish to from Mapaprop. What we are after is always the same: that you load and update your portfolio in one place, and that publishing to each portal costs you a click instead of a whole second data entry.
