AI-Powered Chat Assistant
Your real estate website can now feature an intelligent assistant that serves your visitors 24/7. The AI chat answers property inquiries, helps users find what they are looking for, and automatically generates qualified leads.
The assistant knows your property catalog and can guide visitors based on their preferences for location, operation type, price range, and features. All without any manual intervention on your part.
Every conversation is recorded in your inbox, where you can see the full history, the properties consulted, and the visitor's contact information.
Real Estate Networks
The new Real Estate Networks system allows you to create and manage collaboration networks between agencies. Designed for working groups, franchises, or associations, this system makes it easy to share properties and manage business together.
Each network has defined roles (administrator, manager, and member) with configurable permissions. The network administrator can set publishing rules, white labeling, and visibility for all members.
This is an important step toward a more collaborative ecosystem in the real estate market.
New Reservations Console
We have added a dedicated console for managing property reservations. From a single place you can view, approve, or reject reservations, with all the information about the interested party and the property in question.
