Real Estate Development type properties are listed alongside common properties, although they are easily distinguishable.

In its initial version, the system offers the following functions:

• Specialized Administration sheet
• Addition of units dependent on the development
• Management of units and their statuses
• Information and calculation on units, availability, average prices, etc.
• Publication of Real Estate Developments in our Website system
• Publication of Developments on Memudoya.com
• Unified messaging system for units within the same development

The operation is intuitive and our help articles resolve any doubts.

The system is available for Mapaprop Plus subscribers, but it offers better functionality for Mapaprop Plus and Mapaprop Website subscribers, as the main objective is to facilitate communication through the website.

The Mapaprop Pro+ and Mapaprop Business subscriptions include all the system's functions.
